What we collect
Digital HOAP collects company registration details, owner identity information (CNIC, name, mobile, email), uploaded documents, and the activity you perform inside the portal. We collect only what is required to administer your HOAP membership.
How we protect it
Passwords are stored as salted hashes. One-time codes are short-lived and verified before any account change. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Uploaded files are stored with access-controlled keys.
Who can see your records
Your data is visible to HOAP National staff, the Zone responsible for your company, and your designated Munazzam — only to the extent needed for membership administration. It is not sold or shared with third parties except as required by Pakistani law.
Your rights
You may review or correct your company's information at any time from the portal. To request deletion of your account or export of your data, write to us at info@digitalhoap.com.
