The rules for using Digital HOAP as a member, staff member or visitor.
Accounts and roles
Each company may have one primary owner account and additional staff logins. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that takes place under your account.
Fees and payments
Membership fees, renewal fees, and pilgrim-count charges are set by HOAP National and communicated by circular. Invoices are due by the date shown. Late fees may apply. Receipts are issued after Finance verifies your payment.
Certificates
A HOAP membership certificate is valid only for the Hajj year stated and for the company named on it. Reproducing, altering, or sharing a certificate to misrepresent membership status is a violation of HOAP rules and may be referred to the relevant authorities.
Changes to these terms
HOAP may update these terms. The current version is always posted here. Continued use of the portal after a change constitutes acceptance.
